SUBMED PAYMENT POLICY

This Payment Policy applies to orders placed on submedeu.com with SUBMED BIOMEDICAL BG LTD (132 Mimi Balkanska Str., Sofia, Bulgaria).

1. Accepted payment methods

We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout, which may include major debit and credit cards and other secure payment options. Approved Business Customers may be offered invoice-based payment terms as separately agreed with us.

2. Currency

Prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed at checkout unless otherwise agreed.

3. VAT and taxes

As a Bulgaria-registered supplier (VAT Number BG206049695), we apply VAT in accordance with applicable EU and Bulgarian VAT rules:

• Consumers and businesses without a valid EU VAT number: prices include VAT at the applicable rate, charged in accordance with EU VAT rules for the destination of the goods.
• Business Customers with a valid EU VAT identification number: intra-EU supplies may qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism, meaning VAT is accounted for by the customer in their own country rather than charged by us. Please provide your VAT number at checkout or when setting up your account so we can apply the correct treatment.
• Customers outside the EU: orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees payable in the destination country, which are your responsibility.

4. Invoicing

A VAT-compliant invoice is issued for every order, showing our VAT number, the applicable VAT treatment, and, where relevant, your VAT number.

5. Payment security

Card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment service providers. We do not store your full card details on our own systems.

6. Payment authorisation and order confirmation

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised (or, for approved invoice-based accounts, once your order is accepted). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or authorised.
