Our five-step process takes you from specification and product selection to quote, sample approval and a clear delivery timeline, so that every custom pack is precise and dependable.

    You send us your technical specification or tender requirements by email, and our team reviews them for accuracy and feasibility.

  2. Step 2

    We identify suitable products, prepare the detailed contents and calculate pricing using our SUBMED IQ programme.

  3. Step 3

    We send a detailed quote, including the technical data sheet (TDS) and pricing, for your approval and wait for your confirmation.

  4. Step 4

    Once the TDS is approved, we prepare and ship a sterile or non-sterile sample, according to your preference.

  5. Step 5

    After you approve the sample, we receive your order and confirm a clear delivery timeline.
